Laurie Fréchette

  Hi everyone, My name is Laurie and I am studying in College Lionel-Groulx in Social Sciences. This program interests me a lot because it is related to the human being in general. To me, all that is about human behavior, emotional and relational functioning is fascinating. That's the reason why I will continue my university studies in psychology, to eventually become a psychotherapist, which is a person who treats mental disorders by psychological rather than medical means. I have been following this college discipline for one year and a half now which is equivalent to 3 sessions. Since the beggining of this program, I learned a lot of things that will be useful in my futur career, including, for example, interactions between individuals, the basics of communication, the brain functions, the emotions, the different perspectives in psychology and several other elements.
